UltraLevel K Forte
Fast-hardening, high-strength self-leveling underlayment.
Very highly flowable mix with strong self-leveling properties and rheoplastic behavior, highly resistant to settling and bleeding, based on hydraulic binders and selected aggregates compliant with UNI EN 13139 (aggregates for mortar), for smoothing new or existing concrete, indoors or outdoors, to level out widespread or local differences in thickness from 2 to 30 mm.
UltraLevel K Forte is extremely workable: it spreads easily under its own weight and levels effortlessly with a trowel, squeegee or spiked roller, in thicknesses from 2 to 30 mm, bonded to the concrete or screed below. 24 hours after laying it is very cohesive and walkable. Once hardened and dry, it can be left exposed and given a protective treatment that makes it impervious to water, grease and oils and easy to clean, or finished with ceramic tiles, resin or PVC.
UltraLevel K Forte complies with UNI EN 13813 ("screed material and floor screeds") and is CE marked in accordance with current regulations.
Key features:
- very high mechanical strength just one day after laying;
- fast hardening after setting (walkable after 24 hours and open to wheeled traffic after 48 hours);
- controlled, compensated shrinkage that prevents cracking and reduces stresses or preloads in the product as it cures;
- excellent bond to concrete and porous, absorbent ceramic coverings, or to non-absorbent ceramic coverings after applying RALLK Primer K;
- excellent thermal conductivity (over low-profile radiant heating systems, it shortens the warm-up time);
- high heat storage capacity;
- excellent compatibility with screeds over radiant floor heating systems, with no need for additives to improve energy performance.
Its other features are high bond strength, no overall shrinkage (reduced and compensated drying shrinkage) and no loss of thickness in the plastic phase, high abrasion resistance, high durability against the weather, no solvents or substances harmful to health, a very low VOC content, non-combustibility and full recyclability at end of life.
UltraLevel K Forte is used for smoothing or leveling layers 2 to 30 mm thick on new or existing concrete slabs, residential or industrial concrete floors, and fast-drying screeds such as RALLK Massetto K RA or similar, with or without radiant heating, where the finish layer must offer high mechanical strength. Its properties make it ideal when the floor must quickly be walkable and open to wheeled traffic.
UltraLevel K Forte can be left exposed after a suitable protective treatment that makes it water- and oil-repellent and easy to clean, or finished with ceramic tiles or, after checking the residual moisture with a carbide hygrometer, with resin or PVC. Further layers can be applied once the first has hardened.

- repair smoothing of residential or industrial concrete floors;
- exposed finish smoothing of sand-cement screeds;
- finish smoothing of fast-hardening, fast-drying screeds such as RALLK Massetto K RA or similar, with or without radiant floor heating;
- finish smoothing of existing ceramic, terrazzo tile or troweled concrete floors pretreated with RALLK Primer K;
- finish smoothing layer embedding electrical cables or thin pipes, bonded to the subfloor, in low-profile radiant floor heating systems.
