UltraLevel K Maxi

Mix for residential screeds 3 to 6 cm thick, with strong self-leveling properties and rheoplastic behavior, highly resistant to settling and bleeding, based on hydraulic binders and selected aggregates compliant with UNI EN 13139 (aggregates for mortar). It is applied over new or existing subfloors, as an unbonded or floating screed, indoors or outdoors, to create a uniform, compact and perfectly flat leveling layer between the subfloor, including lightweight ones, and the floor finish.

UltraLevel K Maxi is very workable: it spreads easily under its own weight and levels effortlessly with a cylindrical leveling bar. 24 hours after laying it is very cohesive and walkable. Once hardened and dry, it can be finished with ceramic tiles, wood, carpet, linoleum, PVC, rubber, absorbent natural stone or mosaic.

UltraLevel K Maxi complies with UNI EN 13813 ("screed material and floor screeds") and is CE marked in accordance with current regulations.
